With so much uncertainty in our world, many people are experiencing increased stress, worry, and sadness.

Depending on your situation, you may be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, lonely, or disconnected.  Perhaps you are struggling to manage relationships at home or at work, or to parent and advocate for a child with Attention Deficit Disorder.

Maintaining our sense of well being is now more important than ever.  Rebuilding, and maintaining meaningful social connections can help.  Learning how to live, with hope, despite uncertainty, is a valuable strategy.

Therapy can help you learn to mitigate difficult feelings, through expanded emotional support, improved coping strategies, and a restored sense of hope.

I work with individuals and couples, and encourage you to reach out to me with any questions you might have.

I am currently seeing clients remotely, and have had success with remote practice, since the pandemic began. Teletherapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person treatment, and has the added benefits of eliminating the time and expense of driving to appointments, allowing for greater convenience in terms of clients’ location and time.
